In addition to information about a healthy diet, e-Health Library's diet center also includes specific information on therapeutic diets for weight reduction, for diabetes, for lowering cardiac risk factors, etc. The Recipe Center is an archive of hundreds of healthy recipes, which can be browsed by course, by ingredient, or by food group.
